Storm damage in a town of tall townhouses and old pantile roofs needs a fast response — a dislodged ridge tile above Saturday Market is a danger to passers-by as well as to the building itself. Our emergency line answers 24/7 across Beverley, from the town centre out to Tickton. We arrive, make safe, tarp any exposed areas and remove anything hazardous, then follow up with a full repair quote once the weather has passed.
Free fixed quotes · £5 million public liability · up to 15-year written guarantee
Access decides how fast a roof can be made safe. The older centre's streets are narrow and its roofs pitch steeply, so a temporary cover or a scaffold may have to stand on the public footway, and that calls for permission from the highway authority.
Emergency callout and make-safe priced on attendance; permanent repairs quoted separately. We are upfront about costs before starting. See our full price guide.
Beverley
After a storm in August 2026 we set up a ladder at this property in Beverley, surveyed the roof and found broken tiles. We covered them in lead as a temporary repair, then replaced the tiles like for like. The whole job, temporary repair and permanent fix, was done within 24 hours.
