Do you take a deposit?
No. We take no deposit and no staged payments — you pay on completion, when the roof is finished and you are happy, against a full written invoice. Bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Is scaffolding included in the price?
Yes. We arrange the scaffolding and it is included in your fixed quote — one price covers the whole job.
Who will actually be working on my roof?
Our own team, led by an NVQ Level 3 qualified roofer — we never subcontract a re-roof. The company carries £5 million public liability insurance.
Can you re-roof in winter?
Yes — rain, snow or blow, we work year-round and plan each stage around the forecast so the roof is never left exposed overnight.
