Flat Roofing in Hedon
Plenty of homes towards Preston and Bilton have flat-roofed extensions, garages and dormers, and old torch-on felt rarely lasts long in the salty, wind-driven rain Holderness throws at it. We install GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber as long-life alternatives, alongside quality torch-on felt where that suits the job. Flat roofing in Hedon needs properly detailed edges and outlets to handle sudden downpours off the Humber, and ours comes with a workmanship guarantee of up to fifteen years.

Flat Roofing in Hedon: local factors
Where a flat roof discharges deserves as much thought as what covers it. Surface water has a real local history, and an outlet that backs up in a downpour puts water where nobody wants it. GRP, EPDM and torch-on felt each serve as a sound covering, but falls, outlet size and the condition of the pipe beneath are what decide whether the roof stays dry.
